We want you to enjoy our products and understand that they are handmade in the Cook Islands! All products are shipped with our assurance that they are made with care. Occasionally mistakes do happen and this makes us upset! Please contact us if you have any problems with the product and we will try to rectify any fault.

All products are shipped by airmail and unfortunately the cost of shipping from the Cook Islands is expensive. Perfumes are a personal choice so we are unable to just refund for a change of mind.
